• We provide professional CPM Scheduling Services for the management of construction projects.   Our staff has been producing quality Construction Schedules for over twenty years and we specialize in multimillion dollar Government Projects that have detailed scheduling requirements.

• We can also provide a non-CPM schedule for smaller projects that just need a timeline without all the cost, manpower, and other more detailed requirements.  We can also help if you just need our services for an hour or two when you have a critical deadline to meet.

• We use and sell all major Scheduling Programs such as Primavera®, Primavera Contractor®, and Microsoft Project®.

• With the use of these products, the Internet, and using the almost universal Adobe PDF® and Microsoft Office® formats for printing, schedules can be quickly sent electronically to engineers, architects, owners, and subcontractors who can then print them without having any specialized scheduling programs. Scheduling information can even be accessed via a Web site or FAX for universal compatibility.

• For local north Georgia contractors or builders, we offer construction scheduling and tracking services for your neighborhoods or commercial projects at a minimum price.  We will update the status of your projects for you daily or weekly as needed.  This information can then be easily retrieved via the internet for your use in keeping an accurate and unbiased view on the status of your projects.  This information can be used internally, or shared with clients or contractors for other purposes such as customer service, marketing, work scheduling, etc.
