CPM Scheduling 

We provide CPM Scheduling services using any of the major Scheduling Programs such as Primavera®, SureTrak®, Microsoft Project®.  We have extensive experience with Government Scheduling Requirements and can produce all required reports, graphics, and schedules.  The government now requires a basic CPM schedule just to bid on most large projects.  They are also usually requiring an outside "Scheduler" to develop, update, and provide a narrative report of schedule progress each month.  And the schedule updates must also be sent in Standard Data Exchange Format (SDEF) for entry into the Resident Management System (RMS).  We can provide any or all of these requirements for your project at a minimum cost. We can produce a schedule from your plans and specifications, use one of our Standard Base Schedules which have been developed from previous actual projects, or just supply us with dates and titles.  We can provide any type of schedule you might need, from a simple drawing to a complex cost and resource loaded schedule.  Call us and we will be happy to assist you.

Material Submittal Reports

We can provide a Material Submittal Report for all required material submittals required in an easy to use and understand Excel Spreadsheet with required dates for delivery, design, bid, etc.  This can be used to assure on time material delivery for major items.  You provide the specifications, we provide the report. 

Large Format Color Printing

We offer Large Format Color Printing using state of the art color inkjet plotters.  We can print any size from 8 1/2" x 11" to 42" x 150'.  All Plots are charged on a square foot basis.
